Arriving by ferry? Boats from Tarifa dock at Tanger Ville port, right in the centre below the medina. Boats from Algeciras arrive at Tanger Med, about 45 km east: a private transfer saves you hunting for a taxi at the exit.
We also drive to Tanger Ville station (Al Boraq high-speed train to Rabat and Casablanca), Asilah, Tetouan, Chefchaouen and the northern beaches.
